Naftas tirgi ir piedzīvojuši zināmu lejupslīdi, atveroties svētdien pēc ASV prezidenta Donalda Trampa un Krievijas līdera Vladimira Putina tikšanās Aļaskā, kurā Tramps paziņoja, ka Ukrainas mērķis ir pilnvērtīgs miera līgums, nevis pamiers.
Tramps paziņoja, ka ir piekritis Putinam, ka sarunu vedējiem jāvirzās tieši uz miera izlīgumu, nevis ar pamiera palīdzību, kā to līdz šim pieprasīja Ukraina un Eiropas sabiedrotie ar ASV atbalstu.
Tramps paziņoja, ka pēc sarunām ar Putinu viņš atturēsies no tarifu ieviešanas tādām valstīm kā Ķīna par Krievijas naftas iepirkšanu. Viņš iepriekš ir draudējis ar sankcijām pret Maskavu un sekundārām sankcijām pret tādām valstīm kā Ķīna un Indija, kas iepērk Krievijas naftu, ja netiks veikti nekādi pasākumi, lai izbeigtu konfliktu Ukrainā.
“Tas nozīmēs, ka Krievijas nafta turpinās netraucēti plūst, un tam vajadzētu ietekmēt naftas cenas,” sacīja ICIS analītiķis Adžajs Parmārs. “Ir vērts atzīmēt, ka mēs domājam, ka šī ietekme būs minimāla, un cenas, visticamāk, tuvākajā laikā piedzīvos tikai nelielu kritumu šo ziņu rezultātā.”
Naftas tirgus gaidīs notikumus pēc pirmdien Vašingtonā notikušās tikšanās starp Trampu un Ukrainas prezidentu Volodimiru Zeļenski. Uz tikšanos ir uzaicināti arī Eiropas līderi, aģentūrai Reuters pastāstīja avots, kas ir informēts par šo jautājumu.
“Tirgus dalībnieki sekos līdzi Eiropas līderu komentāriem, bet pagaidām Krievijas piegādes traucējumu riski paliks ierobežoti,” sacīja UBS analītiķis Džovanni Staunovo.
Piektdien Brent naftas cena nostabilizējās pie 65,85 ASV dolāriem par barelu, bet ASV West Texas Intermediate naftas cena — 62,80 ASV dolāriem — abas cenas pirms sarunām Aļaskā ir samazinājušās par gandrīz 1 ASV dolāru.
Tirgotāji gaida vienošanos, tāpēc, līdz tā tiks panākta, jēlnaftas cenas, visticamāk, paliks iestrēgušas šaurā diapazonā, sacīja Fils Flinns, Price Futures Group vecākais analītiķis.
“Mēs zinām, ka tūlītēju sankciju draudi Krievijai vai sekundāru sankciju draudi citām valstīm pagaidām ir atlikti, kas būtu pesimistiskāka pieeja,” viņš teica.
Pēc Rietumu sankciju ieviešanas, tostarp jūras naftas embargo un cenu ierobežojumu noteikšanas Krievijas naftai, Krievija ir novirzījusi plūsmas uz Ķīnu un Indiju.
