4-5 sīpolus
2-3 daiviņas ķiploka

Pagatavošana:
Sagriez sīpolus gredzenos. Pievieno sausas dilles un pētersīļus, lauru lapas, cukuru, piparus (sāli – pēc garšas). Visu kārtīgi pārmaisi. Ķpolokus apcepam augu eļļā līdz zeltainai krāsai no visām pusēm.
Apliet sīpolus ar vārošu eļļu, kopā ar to pievienojam pie sīpoliem apceptos ķiplokus. Pārliekam visu burciņā un liekam iekšā ledusskapī. Sīpoliņi sanāk ļoti garšīgi! Glabāt var arī ziemai.
