Pagatavošana:
Izvēlieties dziļu pannu un ielejiet tur nedaudz augu eļļas, tikai tajā plovs sanāks tik neizsakāmi garšīgs. Ieberiet sakapātus lociņus, dilles, sīpolus. Apcepiet brūnus, bet galvenais nepiededzināt. Sarīvētus 2 lielos burkānus pievienojiet pannā. Apcepiet vēl 5 minūtes visu. Pievienojiet gaļu, kura ir sīki sagriezta kubiciņos. Piemērota būs cūkgaļa, taču ne pilnībā liesumu, jābūt nedaudz taukiem.
Nedaudz sasāliet visu. Cepiet gaļu līdz gaļa ir vidēji gatava (vecu gaļu neņemet). Tagad lieciet klāt rīsus (es tos iepriekš iemērcu uz vienu stundu ūdenī). Pievienojiet klāt ķiploka 2-3 daiviņas. Aplejiet visu ar vārošu ūdeni.
Uguni nosliēdziet gandrīz līdz minimumam un uzlieciet vāku. Galvenais ir nepārvārīt rīsus, savādāk sanāks putra. Pēc gatavības es noņemu to no plīts un atstāju uz 20 minūtēm, lai aromāti savienojas. Pēc tam kārtīgi samaisīt un pasniegt.
