Dailes teātrī vakar, 18.septembrī notika Viestura Kairiša jauniestudējuma “Farinelli un karalis” pirmizrāde. Līdz ar iestudējuma pirmizrādi teātris krāšņi svinēja arī 103. sezonas sākumu.
Režisors Viesturs Kairišs iestudējis Klēras van Kampenas lugu “Farinelli un karalis”. Izrāde ir krāšņa barokāla kostīmdrāma par mūzikas un mīlestības dabu.
Spānijas karalis Filips V ir sajucis prātā, tātad kļuvis bīstams savai valstij, savai tautai. Viņš uzbrūk pat savai mīlošajai sievai Izabellai. Vienīgais, kas visus glābj no karaļa vājprāta, ir pasaulslavenā dziedātāja Farinelli ierašanās un viņa debešķīgā balss. Uz laiku mūzika glābj karali, karalisti un pat karalisko laulību. Tās varētu būt laimīgas beigas, ja vien pati karaliene nemīlētu kastrātu Farinelli tikpat ļoti, cik karalis viņa mūziku.
Karaļa lomā ir aktieris Ģirts Ķesteris, viņa sievu Izabellu Farnēzi atveido Rēzija Kalniņa. Savukārt Farinelli lomā redzams Artūrs Skrastiņš un solists Rūdis Cebulis, kuram izrādes mūzikas konsultants Juris Vaivods un režisors Viesturs Kairišs uzticējuši izdziedāt smalki barokālos Georga Frīdriha Hendeļa skaņdarbus arfas un čella pavadījumā. Izrādē piedalās arī aktieri Kaspars Dumburs, Juris Bartkevičs, bērna lomā – Artūrs Kaļķis. Uz skatuves līdzās aktieriem atrodas vēl kāds nozīmīgs izrādes elements – zirgs, kura simboliskais vēstījums iestudējumā ir caurvijoši nozīmīgs. Tā ir īpaši šai izrādei Dienvidāfrikā pasūtīta marionete, kuru vada aktieris Kārlis Arnolds Avots, Matīss Millers un Mārtiņš Gailis.
Izrādes krāšņo kostīmu autore ir Kristīne Jurjāne, scenogrāfs – Reinis Suhanovs, gaismu mākslinieks – Jevgēnijs Gansburgs (Evgeny Ganzburg), horeogrāfe – Jana Jacuka un horeogrāfes asistente – Marija Saveiko. Mūziķi – Ieva Šablovska (arfa), Dace Zālīte-Zilberte ( čells).
Iepriekš izrādes pirmizrāde bija paredzēta piektdien, taču rudens saslimšanu dēļ tā tika pārcelta. Repertuāra izmaiņas skārušas arī citas izrādes, tāpēc teātris īpaši aicina skatītājus pirms izrāžu apmeklējuma ieskatīties teātra mājaslapā www.dailesteatris.lv vai teātra sociālajos tīklos, lai pārliecinātos par pasākuma norisi un iespējamām izmaiņām.
